  January 9, 2024 - Jasmine tea and peach on the nose, as well as a light mineral tinge. Palate is of strong citrus: lemon and orange notes at the forefront, soft mineral note of flint and sweet soursop in the aftertaste. Quite enjoyable, though it finishes a bit short, and flavors seem a bit muffled at times.
