  January 5, 2024 - Very distinct pronounced sourdough yeasty nose, slight caramelization/Maillard, brown sugar and molasses. Palate showing ripe and sweet yellow orchard fruit, slight funk (almost natty-like), brioche and dough. Has high acid to balance the wine as a whole. A very intriguing California sparkler and really quite delicious. I'd be interested to see how this would age as it's already quite complex in its youth. 93-94
