  January 11, 2024 - "Gone Fishing.". This wine is definitely in a closed down period. From previous tastings, I know this is seriously good wine. And it's still is, but absolutely in its closed down period - just waiting to invite the world to its next phase. Right now, the fruit is hiding, the salty graphite (as someone described below) is definitely on the forefront. Hold for at least another year.
