  January 12, 2024 - Nose is graphite, venison, brambly berries. The graphite thing carries through, fruit is very purple berry jam, nice acidity and a little tiny bit of grip on the finish. No funk aside from the reduction which sadly seems to be a real pattern with 2021s from greater Burgundy. Third one this week, I’m on a roll.
