  January 18, 2024 - This is a delicious Texas Cabernet. Nice acidity, cherries and pepper accompanied by soft tannins. Delivers a decent finish. I continue to be impressed with Texas wines. Most of these cabernet grapes come from the high plains of west Texas. If you haven't tried a Texas red, don't let it scare you away.
