  June 22, 2009 - On the nose lemon and grapefruit prevail. Definitely some minerality and a faint saltiness on the palate. Vibrant, zingy acidity that is almost too much, but paired really nice with seafood. Drank best after being open for an hour. The finish was a little short and clipped. Nice value Chablis.
