  January 21, 2024 - Dark color. Earthy aromas of ripe strawberries, forest floor and leather. Broad shouldered and quite tannic for the age. Has lost some fruit and feels more tired than a bottle tasted a few years ago. Maybe not an optimal bottle.

  1/28/24, 9:10 AM - I noticed pretty early on the 10’ Chevillon’s were aging more rapidly than expected. Certainly much faster than their form and reputation in decades prior.
