  October 6, 2023 - D+0h: no deposit in the filter nor in the bottle, smells of blackberry and elderberry D+2h: purple red colour, smells of blackberry, smoke and a little bit of elderberry, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, smooth in the mouth, medium body, in the mouth blackberry, smoke and a little bit of elderberry, has a nice acidity, too, in the aftertaste acidity, blackberry and a little bit of elderberry, good length (30 sec), very tasty red wine for a small price.
