January 28, 2024 - ABV: 9.0%. A bright and fruity nose mixed with beeswax and minerality. Plenty of fruit on the palate with ample acidity, leading into a good finish. This wine is still pretty young so I'd give it another 5-10 years for the acidity to integrate. Note: Paired great with Indian cuisine.
