  February 1, 2024 - Pale color, medium intensity, some red fruit, herbal notes, eucalyptus, anis and a strong note of caraway, which makes it kind of interesting.
  Medium+ acidity. Round and balanced. Probably towards the end of drinking window, fruit would probably been livelier a couple of years ago, but still very enjoyable. Laporte is just a great producer for white and reds in the center loire.
