  February 2, 2024 - We have always enjoyed this wine throughout the 12 bottle case, and this, sadly, is the last one. Still fresh, still drinking really well, so no rush at the moment. We had this with Fish and Chips, and it was a brilliant compliment, with the grapefruit, pear (+other white fruits, I am not very good at thieve descriptions) matching the inevitable greasiness of the meal. The second half of the bottle was drunk without food and I found it a bit of a struggle and wanted the magic of the food match to come back.
