  February 1, 2024 - Opened and poured into a decanter and tasted immediately.
  Grassl cru stem.
  Enjoyed with penne in a Bolognese sauce.
  Followed for about 1 hour with food and then later revisited after about 3 hours of air.
  Deep purple color. Nose of ripe black plums and blackberries.
  Beautiful dark fruit with an accent of mint. Good acidity to keep the fruit in balance. Some tannins show on the finish.
  A delicious wine.
