  December 1, 2023 - Bottled unfiltered in 2007. D+0h: a lot of deposit in the filter and in the bottle, smells seductively of currant D+14h: dark as ink, on the rim slightly purple red, smells of currant, eucalyptus, liquorice and a little bit of dark chocolate, sweet, yet not overly sweet, smooth in the mouth, medium body, in the mouth currant, eucalyptus, liquorice and a little bit of dark chocolate, has a little bit of acidity as well, not hot/spirituous, in the aftertaste dark chocolate, currant and acidity, good length (30 sec), good port wine.
