  February 9, 2024 - This wine needs lots of air. I would consider opening this the day before and leaving it in the cellar. Or double decanting this wine hours before drinking. My own experience after 24 hours and drinking what’s left of 1/3 bottle highlights how much more refined and balanced the wine was on the 2nd day!
