  February 8, 2024 - Root Day - translucent crimson core out to a wide crimson edge and thin watery rim. Nose is dark fruit, light spice, beet root and light florals. On the palate it’s medium bodied with flavours of red and black fruit, herbs and savoury herbs. The finish is short with the flavours falling off almost immediately. The tannins are medium as is the acidity. This is a simple, clean and innocuous wine.
