  February 9, 2024 - Connected with Ed Donovan on WB who was kind enough to get some of his wines that interested me over to HTX.
  
  PnP and then double decanted the rest and drank over 3 hr.
  
  At PnP, fresh cut flowers, perfumed nose, bright red fruit.
  
  At 30 min, the nose got more perfumed, gained a touch of weight, with darker red fruit with a touch of purple fruit on the palate. More greenies, but not bell pepper (I dislike bell pepper in wine).
  
  At 90 min, this hit its stride where the fruit really started to take over.
  
  13.2 AC, translucent light bodied red. No overt oak, nice tannin management. Frankly I think this will do show much better with 5 years sideways and a nice meal. Definitely a foodie wine! QPR off the charts. Would absolutely buy again.
