  February 9, 2024 - Dark lemon yellow. Light nose of lemon apple and vanilla. Nicely balanced citrus, tropical fruits and ripe apples. Nuanced oak. This does have more oak presence than the single vineyard wines but pulls it off well. If you’re looking for a California Chablis style this won’t float your boat but I still enjoyed it with chicken salad with croissant.
