  December 29, 2023 - D+0h: no deposit in the filter, a tiny bit in the bottle, smells of blackberry and raspberry D+4h: purple red colour, on the rim slightly cherry red, smells of blackberry, eucalyptus, violets and a little bit of raspberry, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, smooth in the mouth, light to medium body, in the mouth blackberry, raspberry and violets, in the aftertaste blackberry, violets, raspberry and acidity, good length (30 sec), good red wine.
