  February 12, 2024 - Drinking somewhat well upon popping the cork, although if I had hindsight I would have allowed it one more year of cellaring. Little harsh upon popping the cork and for about one hour afterwards, although I could taste the fruit and spices wanting to jump out. Recorked about three quarters of the bottle, and drank more pleasantly on day 2.
