  February 16, 2024 - I forgot it in the freezer where the whole bottle froze through. Color: Medium ruby/carmine with a very slight brown hue. Nose: Cherries, Coca Cola. Mouth: Medium bodied. Still very fresh. Excellent expressiveness and length. Carpineto once again is punching way above its weight. I love the typicity. I guess the drinking window extends into the next 3 years. It is at its peak, now so why wait? The half full bottle after a night in the fridge (under "vacuum") is at least as good as in the first day. Hence 1 more point (before 91). I must restock. Bought at Denner.
