  February 17, 2024 - One of the best Chablis I’ve ever tasted. The nose was very mineral with lemon and mild apple soon after opening. It took a few to warm up and open. Just got better as it approached room temperature. Faint apricot, honey, maybe custard, basil, with clean graphite finish. Just sooo good. Price not bad for a restaurant purchase. Hard to find grand crus in the wild at my local wine shops. Loved it.
