  February 21, 2024 - Tasted over 2 hrs
  -dark red purple minimal clearing stains the glass
  -juicy dark berry with a whiff of savory
  -med acidity, med weight earthy dark berry faint licorice, med fine chalky tannins
  -quite lovely right now and while the fruit has somewhat faded there is still plenty of structure and mid-palate sap to think it might become more interesting if it picks up mature notes
