  February 21, 2024 - Beautiful wine. More elegant than a Latour, Cheval Blanc, Haut Brion and Margaux we had the same night. It did not “wow” me, though, until I had it with food. Was the best pairing of the reds with braised spare ribs and truffled potatoes, which muted the tannins a bit.
