  February 28, 2024 - Wow has this improved !!! I recommend that CT folks give this at least 24 hours because the Apricot notes are stronger, the syrupy creamy flavors more intense and expressive, and the viscous mouthfeel just a little less than last night. I get a slightly sweet "hard to hate" flavor indicative of a Gewurtztraminer. Worth finding.
