  February 29, 2024 - This was a recommendation from a wine shop in NYC. The 2019 Haut-Bailly II is a very dull bottle of wine. I decanted my bottle, and then I sipped it over a five evening's. The wine did not progress one bit. Ageing may improve this wine, but not by much. Is it worth $45 a bottle? No monsieur!
