  February 29, 2024 - PnP and immediately presented with a slightly constrained nose and palate. Deep, dark and brooding, it is opaque in the glass. 2nd and 3rd sips reveal hidden complexity, with round velvet in the front and very slight acidity and backbone showing mid-palate and gently tannins at the back with a pretty finish that lingers… Really nice! Will *try* to slowly sip to experience the evolution. Stems up!
