  March 2, 2024 - Pretty much at its peak the bouquet starts with roses, some underwood, truffles, plums and with time some red fruit.
  On the palate the iron grip of the tannins develops with 1-2 hours.
  Quite archetypical Bricco delle Viole a lot of time to stay at this level.
