  March 3, 2024 - Still 91, but better than last time. 1 hr decant. Sweet feminine style. More barbaresco. Acidity still present, but moving to background. Wouldn’t stand up to strong food like steak with garlic souce. We have it with Marulo pasta with onion olives anchovies sauce.
