  March 4, 2024 - This remains one of maybe the best buys in Burgundy that I've made; wow this is good; initially a bit cool as I opened at cellar temp, but still showed nice fresh red fruit and some menthol; with air the fruit expanded and became slightly darker though still red leaning and the spice came in full, clove, coriander, cinnamon; some dried violet leaves; spiced black tea with more air; the palate is lovely with quite nice density and a long spice finish. Still with plenty of time ahead.
