March 5, 2024 - Definitely a different Cabernet Franc. A lot more fruit forward and the smell after PNP was straight jammy. Strawberry jam. It was almost sweet smelling. That smell subsided to a blackberry jammy smell/taste. Day one turned out fantastic but day 2 was even better. I wish I had more than the one glass left for day 2… luckily I have another bottle that I’ll sit on for a little bit to try to get that Day 2 magic!
