  March 9, 2024 - After 10 years, this is still going strong. Pulled it out of the wine cellar (55º) and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes or so to chill just a bit more, which was unnecessary. Drank over two hours. Still some light carbonation as if it were bottled yesterday. No hints of alcoholic heat, just delicious, rounded chocolate and roasted flavors.
