  March 10, 2024 - Obviously super young, this is actually the youngest bottle of Chave I've yet to drink, but out of curiosity I popped the cork on one tonight. Woah! This is so dense and powerful, but also extremely silky and elegant. The elite quality of the winemaking here comes through in the precision of the tannin structure and overall balance. A lovely wine to enjoy with food right now, but a bit much to sip on its own for me at this stage -- and then of course this is going to age gracefully for 50+ years.
