March 10, 2024 - Quite sweet (only fermented to 7% ABV), yet absolutely delightful. Elderflower, pear, and peach make for a delicious, lip-smacking beverage that amounts to adult soda pop, but with added elegance and minerality. Dangerously drinkable.
