  March 10, 2024 - This was good, not great; the nose was lovely and was pretty open from the start; classic nebbiolo with red fruit, mint, orange peel, tar, leather, tobacco, and floral notes. The palate started out a bit thin, but did gain weight with air and improved over the 2 hours of consumption. I love the nose, I wish the palate had a bit more depth and intensity though it may develop some more given the improvement with air.
