  This is in the zone. It won't get any better. All tertiary tasting notes now.
  Wine has faded to a beautiful looking translucent ruby-brown color.
  Amazing mouth feel. Medium plus finish. Lots of leather. Just lovely.
  
  Roast top sirloin tonight.
