  March 17, 2024 - Sunday lunch time with our friends Soeren and Steffi. Very tight still so serving in wine glasses. Medium lemon color. Lemon, orange, salt, hay, wet stones, light mushrooms, nice but restrained nose. Med+ acidity, med body, med alcohol, med flavor intensity, med+ finish. Nice acidity, orange, citrus, beautiful salinity that lingers a good 10 seconds. This is only at the beginning of it s life.
