  March 14, 2024 - Not your everybodies darling, rather an advanced (sommelier) wine.
  The bouquet has some lemon but mainly you feel like in an oyster bar with super fresh products, the sea breeze lingering in the air.
  Followed this island wine for 3 days and it did only slightly open up over the days. I would expect, this shows quite some aging potential.
  Definetly different, definetly worth the experience.
