  March 17, 2024 - Natural Demeter certified Chardonnay from Sven Leiner (who is Jürgen?), unfiltered and 11 months vinification in 500L oak barrels (33% new).
  
  Salty and creamy Chardonnay with reduced fruity notes (pear), upfront acidity (5.2 g/l TA vs 1.5 g/l RS), alpine herbs, and some oak.
  Falstaff rated 92+p, not sure if this Chardonnay will further develop.
