March 16, 2024 - Appearance: light gold, medium tearing, no rim variation/sediment/gas.
Nose: clean, pronounced intensity, developing, Meyer lemon, mandarin, starfruit, yellow pear, chamomile, tarragon, almond skin, wet stone, grilled bread, dried apricot, honey.
Palate: dry, medium+ acid, medium+ body, medium alcohol (13%), pronounced intensity, long finish, Meyer lemon, mandarin, starfruit, yellow pear, chamomile, tarragon, almond skin, wet stone, grilled bread, dried apricot, honey.
Overall: Very impressive length and complexity, especially considering the price. Would be interesting to taste this wine both younger and older, as I suspect it has something unique to display during all periods of its life. Will definitely try to get some more of this!137 views
