  October 3, 2021 - Riesling from the Pfalz. Really nice showing of honey, peach and a bit of apricot on the nose.
  Complexity is definitely there but I am mostly impressed by the balance.
  
  Not sure if it is not completely dry or the intensity of the fruit gives a sense of sweetness.
  Fascinating... but then on the finish it felt completely dry.
