  March 19, 2024 - Pale yellow-gold with green tint. Lemon, citrus, pear, cream, hazelnut, honeycomb, and white flowers. Medium bodied, medium-high acidity, medium structure, medium alcohol and long finish. Complex, fresh and elegant. Wine was still youthful with a lush palate. Already quite open and enjoyable.
  
  We paired it with a bottle of 2013 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Les Perrières Blanc. Very different style and taste. Half the group preferred the 2021 X Omni and the other half preferred the PYCM.
