  March 20, 2024 - This has evolved very nicely and is In a great place. Needed 30 minutes of air. Initially some grapefruit with strong acidity at the finish. Orchard fruit added as it opens. Piquant finish makes this a great food wine - fresh and lively. More than one might expect from a Haute Côtes wine, except when it’s a superb producer!
