March 26, 2024 - Fresh linen on the nose. Loaded with tropical fruits such as pineapple, coconut, and papaya. Has a slight bitter note that hits at the back of the mouth. Agree with the note that this lacks acidity, but it's a decent little Alsatian wine nonetheless.
