  March 27, 2024 - Splash decanted 5 hours. Dark purple. Medium to full body. Mouth filling almost unctuous. Prominent fruits (red/black) with notes of flowers (violets?) and cocoa. Complex nose. Slight heat from the alcohol but it all works well. Drinkable now with a long decant but this has a nice road ahead of it.
