  March 28, 2024 - White gamay, what a crazy concept. I *might* be able to discern this is the same grape that makes Beaujolais rouge, perhaps in the subtle earthiness on the nose. But I'd have no clue if I didn't already know it. The palate is steely dry, with buckets of stoney minerality. A bit of citrus, a dash of pear, but this is all about the stone.
