  March 28, 2024 - Why we age White Burgundy -- despite all the uncertainty. Vibrant yellow-gold color. Honey, minerals, hint of lemon on the nose. Precise and rich on the palate, lavender honey, citrus, beautiful minerality. Crisp acidity, fabulous balance. Finishes long, long with flavors that mimic the palate plus a bit of black pepper. No need to wait longer, this is drinking beautifully. Drink for the next 10 years.
