One of the classiest champagnes I have had for a long while. Ever changing in the glass, goes through citrus, to Meursault-esque Burgundian (this is very much a wine), through cream soda and yeast / brioche / touch of sherry some tobacco. With fantastic length. Tremendous.78 views
