  March 30, 2024 - A fun and interesting white wine at Neil Ellis. Made up of 53% Palomino and 47% Chenin Blanc. Almost reminds be of a very refreshing saison with a strong minerality and citrus element to it. Tons of acidity and would be interesting to see how this ages.
