  March 31, 2024 - This bottle was squarely in the beautifully mature sweet spot in terms of bottle variation. A couple have been wound up and tight and one was a bit on the downside of the peak. The remaining majority are just like this one…sublime. Yellow plum and cream and excellent balance. Loads of intensity and freshness. A real treat all around!
