  March 31, 2024 - From 1/2 bottle. Coming back after 5 years. Color is deep golden. On the nose: Apple, butterscotch, glycerin, oak spices and some reductive aromas. On the palate: Apple, lemon, butter and butterscotch, oak spices. Good length and mouthfeel. A bit reductive. I like this wine. I have 2 half bottles left. I will wait a year before trying again. This is showing is age nicely giving those tertiary flavors. This is a wine for adults.
